Designed for the local community of Cornerstone Church member to accommodate their free lunch event on every weekend, “The food store” is a piece of flexible of furniture built by materials off the shelves and composed of serving tables with food trays, dining table and seating area.
The sets of furniture can be easily assembled in no time and stacked for storage purpose after dissembled.
The design is not about coming up with a beautiful thing that some people can’t afford, or that does not suit their needs. This is about as an infrastructure, what it allows to happen, rather than what it looks like.
