Paris Champagne Bar

In the city of Paris, river Seine flows and connects multiple attractions of different programs, we see the need for a celebration of this diversity rather than another destination.

 

The competition calls for the design of a bar along River Seine, instead of bringing people to the bar, we propose to bring the bar to the people by proposing a temporary mobile float-in facility to serve communities along the river.

By hinging the bar on a barge, the bar is capable of accessing all river edge conditions, serving champagne for all sorts of events and activities along river Seine.

The site of the competition is designed as a station with permanent seating areas to receive the float-in bar and other boat restaurants, further stimulating the pleasures of enjoying champagne with different cuisines.
