Eco resorts have been on the rise, annihilating the old for future developments instead of celebrating the existing through improvements. VST’s proposal for a declining tea plantation in Nan Shan Village utilises its local specialities, skills and site’s location to create a unique tea resort for different visitors throughout the year.

 

The proposal adopts a progressive and flexible architecture approach to adapt and grow to cater for different hotel programs that serve not only tourists but also shared with the local village.
